WorkRight23 Questionnaire
If you are unsure if you are in a bullying situation, you can complete our WorkRight23 questionnaire to assess the likelihood. A copy of your results will be emailed to you.
Organisation Assessment
Complete an assessment on any and every organisation you have worked or volunteered with - whether it was good or bad. This will help all of us recognise great organisations while identifying those that need to improve. The results can help you and other job seekers identify organisations you want to work for and may help you avoid going into an organisation with high levels of conflict. Please also encourage others in your network to complete assessments.
Document / Record
WorkRight23 is your support network. If you are or have been a target of bullying, WorkRight23 is a safe place to record your experience. This allows you to document before deciding if and when to take formal action. You can also upload your evidence. When your situation is current, we will regularly ask about your mental health and contact you if it appears to be declining.
Knowledge Base
Before taking any reporting actions, you will have access to materials in our Knowledge Base on all current options so that you are empowered to make informed decisions that prioritise your wellbeing.
Options
When you name your perpetrator, the details are encrypted and, if a match is found, you and other documented target(s) and/or bystander(s) will be contacted by an Options Advocate who will help you understand your options. As always, you will be supported to be empowered to make your own decisions about your way forward.
