ORGANISATIONAL ASSESSMENT

In an unhealthy work environment, there are always signs, yet many organisations fail to recognise there is a problem (cognitive bias).

Our WorkRight23 portal enables organisational assessment by employees and volunteers in a safe, structured, confidential manner.

Individual members can assess any organisation they have worked or volunteered with by answering a series of evidence-based questions.

All completed assessments are tabulated to deliver visual models of the organisation's health (for staff members to work in).

Members can search for organisation reviews when considering future employment options.
